Visitors: Casey and Chris stopped by our place on their way to Philadelphia after their office was transferred from Texas for summer sales. It was great to see them and catch up! We did lots of chit-chatting, movies, food and let them rest up from their overnight trip! Before we headed to bed, Cody opened up his barber shop for hair cuts;) Both Casey and Chris wanted a little trim. Thanks for coming boys! We always love having company!:)

Waffle-Day: Cody took a day off work for him and I to just hang. It was such a blast to have the whole day together. We started the day with chocolate-chip waffles for me and sausage waffles for Cody:) We shopped around for baby stuff the rest of the day and then tried out a local Italian Restaurant we had heard about. We loved it!
Tennessee: We had such a wonderful time on our weekend trip down to Frankin, TN to visit my sis and her fam! It was so good seeing them. You guys ROCK! We spent the afternoon by the pool, toured down-town historical Franklin, visited their ward, and a made a little trip to Cliffton's office. We loved every minute and hope we can get together again soon! It's so nice to have family nearby.Father's-Day: We have been blessed with amazing fathers in our lives. Thank you for your examples, support, and love. Cody celebrated his first Father's Day this year:) We had just made the trip out to Utah and he was a little beat from the over-night drive. He wasn't feeling the greatest and was such a good sport when I woke him up early for breakfast in bed! I know he is going to be such a great daddy! Thanks for everything babe!

Trip Back Home: That brings me to our little vacation we recently returned home from to see our families back in Utah and Wyoming. We drove straight through the night and arrived in Green River last Friday (6/19). We spent a few hours with the Cutlers and then drove down to Centerville to spend a few days with the Moons before the big Christensen Reunion with the Cutlers. My awesome friend, Lindsey, threw me a baby shower up in Logan on Saturday (more on this to come in a later post). It was soooo much fun and soooo good to see everyone again! On Sunday we celebreated Father's Day and my niece's (Mailey) first birthday. She is adorable and has grown up so fast! Keith and Jen made a gormet Sunday dinner and treated us like royalty! We loved seeing them again and spending the day celebrating little Mailey.
One thing I will NEVER forget is the car ride to and from Keith and Jen's home. Picture this: six adults crammed into a 5.5 seat car (including my parents, grandmother, prego me, my brother and Cody). With all the little stops we made on the way home, my parents discovering the wonders of a GPS for the first time, the hilarious and insane dialogue, it really was an experience none of us will ever forget! You really just HAD to be there:)

My little brother has one of the BEST summer jobs. He is the assisant chef for catering at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Talk about awesome! While in Utah, he impressed us all with his mad fruit carving skills he's picked up on the job! Check it out. Yeah... that's a grapefruit.
Christensen Reunion: After a blast with the Moons it was off to Wyoming for the reunion! We loved seeing the extended family and catching up. There was swimming, slip-n-slide, Karlee's musical performance, trek to Martin's Cove, bobbing for apples, pie-eating contest, crafts, ping-pong, wii games, family jeopardy, treasure hunts, fun run, family devotional and tons of great food! To sum it up, it was amazing! We're so grateful we were able to come and enjoy our wonderful families! We love and miss each of you tons!
New Job: Last, but not least, I started my new job at JPMorgan Chase this past week! So far so good! They hired on a few loan representatives being that it is their peak student lending season. It works perfect because it is only until mid-September. That will be just in time for the arrival of our little baby boy.
