I felt like a such a mom taking this picture... like my boy on his first day of school! Cody is such a good sport:)I'm working from 10-7 weekdays so we absolutely LOVE the evenings and weekends we have together. Everyone at work calls me Baby Bump or Bumper. Who knows if they even know my name?!?:) We've spent our weekends hitting up baby sales, getting the nursery ready, BBQ with a bunch of dental couples, trying out new restaurants with friends, seeing the new Harry Potter movie, having friends over, and preparing church talks! I spoke about tithing and fast offerings and gave examples of how fast offerings are used in the church. Cody spoke about sacrifice, specifically the sacrifices the early saints made. He related it back to modern day sacrifices and did such a great job! I loved every minute of it. We also received new callings that we're really excited about. Cody was called as a Priesthood Quorum adviser and I was called as the Young Women's secretary. Oh and I don't know if I've mentioned this already, but I started teaching piano lessons again! I've really missed this the past few years while we've been in Logan, so we purchased a piano right before we moved out to Indy. I've been teaching a few students on Saturdays and have a few more starting mid-August. I'm really excited to build up my clientele and hopefully continue after our baby boy arrives. So to sum up, we are super happy, busy, and feel very blessed. Indy is awesome and we feel like this is exactly where we're supposed to be.
P.S. I know we're way past due for pictures of our new place and the updated baby bump shots. More to come...promise!:)

We had such a fun 4th of July weekend! Friday night, we met up with Cody's Uncle Danny and his family for an awesome firework show in Columbus, IN. Grandpa and Fran were there too! They had flown in that week to visit and help out since Cody's Aunt Monique had her tonsils removed. The crowd was massive, but we were lucky to have Danny's neighbors saving us seats. We played frisbee with the boys and made glow stick necklaces, bracelets, and a bunch of other crazy contraptions. The fireworks were awesome and then we fought the crowds back home. The next day we had a ward breakfast that morning and then a BBQ with Danny, Monique, their boys, Grandpa and Fran. We played games all day and then later that night the power went out! We pulled out the candles and then Cody and Ty started up on the piano. It wasn't long before we had four of us all on one piano just making it up as we went:) It was fun and pretty cool if you ask me! After an hour or so of switching off on the piano we sang a few hymns and ended the night with a family prayer. It was great being with family. We feel blessed to have family so close by. Thanks for having us over!
