some randoms as of late

Cody took Jaden to a Phoenix Suns game.  They had a great time!  Jaden couldn't quite keep his foam finger under control and kept poking his neighbor...ha:)

He was stoked to find Ironman in the arena.

Jaden had a little awards ceremony upon completion of his Little Athletes class.
He felt so special receiving his trophy:)

Jaden's trophy was most appropriate as he enjoyed basketball the most:)

J was also very proud of his Dusty airplane he put together.
(gotta love those birthday cards from G&G C:)

We loved taking the kids through the Phoenix Temple during the open house.  It's beautiful!!!

We went with our good friends, the Naylors, and had such a fun evening with them.

Jaden presented a talk in primary about Fatih, and wanted to share it with our family for FHE.
He requested we all dress like trees to show how faith is like a seed that grows when nourished.

Landon was our little seed, Brielle our little sprout, Jaden our young tree, me a medium tree, and Cody was the full grown tree bearing fruit:)

topped the night off with orange julius (a fave at our house)

Jaden took a field trip to the local fire house and loved it!  He dreams of being a firefighter someday:)

They did a bunch of fun stations for the kiddos too:)

Jaden and Cortez are the best of friends and are inseparable whenever they are together.

checking out the fireman

soccer practice!

Cody set up a booth at a local fair to promote his office.  It was a great success and the kids had a blast making their rounds.

face painting was definitely the highlight of the day

and spotting these guys was pretty cool too...

Miss Brielle is an official preschool goer these days.  Two days a week for 2 hrs is just right for her.
She loves loves LOVES Circle Time and looks forward to going each time.

I'm sure the golfers appreciated these little spectators:)

I love Time Out For Women!  This was my 3rd time going and I always leave feeling on top of the world.  I went with a dear friend of mine, Kari and her family.... so so fun!

My brother was visiting Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see him.  So the kids and I met him in Tuscon, and had a blast!

We spent the day playing at the park, lunching at Chick-fil-a, and checking out the zoo!

My kids LOVE their uncle and I'm so glad they had the chance to just play and bond:)

I would be nervous too standing by a 7-foot bear! ;)

A few brotherly moments caught on camera... loves these two.

Brielle's latest obsession... frozen bananas on a stick.  They pass as popsicles in her book:)

And lastly, a completely unfiltered Arizona sunset.  Oh how we love our new home:)
