My 25th birthday came much quicker than anticipated. My sweet friends reminded me it was birthday celebration time when they planned a lunch date complete with gifts, flowers, and delicious food. They are the best! I had such a great time, and felt totally spoiled.
On the actual day, my honey and Jaden greeted me in the morning with breakfast in bed. Love that tradition:)
Jamie wasn't able to make it to the lunch date, so she treated me to lunch at Bravo and we did a quick shopping trip. So fun!
Our sitter came by that night so Cody and I could have a night on the town. He surprised me with another mix of cute love songs to listen to on our drive (maybe that will become a birthday tradition too:)

No, no, no. 30 is still miles away. I loved the 2nd half of the 20's. Enjoy this immensely, 30 will come soon enough. Besides, the 30's are younger than most people think once they're in their 40's they realize this:). Your birthday looks wonderful. Cody is a treasure as are your friends, too. Special times to cherish. Gather all the wonderful experiences possible. A friend of mine told me she saves every letter, note and card she receives so that when she is in her 90's she can read them and savor the memories:) Love you tons!

Those waffles are a work of art. Very impressed.And hey, at least we all are growing old (er) together:)
Sad I missed out on the bday luncheon with all the gals... but hey, my blue water bottle is there for me in spirit! ;) So fun to take you out to lunch, but hey now.... what is wrong with turning 30, eh??
