:for Jaden:

Jaden will soon be a big brother and no longer an only child!  He's been our little buddy for the past 2.5 years and we love him more than ever.  We are beyond excited to welcome his little sister into our family and are anxious to see how Jaden adjusts to his role as big brother and little helper.

:what he's been up to:

Spring came early this year, so we've been outside A LOT.

had to help fix his training wheels

(and he's starting to catch on to pedaling. yay!)

a few rainy days

did great at his first dental appointment

(even examined daddy's teeth)

checked out Incredible Pizza after his appt.

loved it.

Just for kicks, we let Jaden blow out a candle on his half-birthday.

He picked out the cake:)

Jaden asks to go to school with his dad almost every day.

He put his own shoes, jacket, and hat on... even packed his own back-pack so he could go.

A little spin around the block was able to suffice for now.

(and when Cody gets home, instant dog-pile)

It's surreal to think my next mommy update will be about the "kid-S" ... plural!
