We loved, loved, LOVED having my folks in town. It had been a few years since we had them in our neck of the woods, so we were anxious to show them our new home, Cody's clinic, and grand baby #13. We're up to 14 grand-babes on the Moon side and one more due to arrive next month:)
showed them around the dental school and clinic
We walked the campus and rode the People Mover (monorail) over to Creation's Cafe.
Love this place! We tried out the desserts for the first time. The key lime cake was delicious and they had a fantastic selection of ice cream, as well.
(we spotted our name on the signing wall from last year, too)
Passed through Riley Children's Hospital on our way back to the car.
Bri warmed up to Grandma Moon instantly.
and Grandpa Moon too:)
Jaden had "Grandpa Star" (as he so lovingly named him) wrapped around his little finger all weekend long.
We took a little shopping trip to Target for Jaden's birthday coming up. He was so excited to have an "early birthday." He went around the house announcing he turned 3 years old!
He LOVES his new t-ball set, Tonka garbage truck, and stuffed Mater. Thanks G-ma and G-pa!
My parents celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary while they were with us. Lucky us! We made triple berry shortcake in their honor:) YUM-O!
Thanks again for coming all this way to see us! We've missed you!
