A little bit of our Easter this year:
We joined some friends at a local park for an Easter egg hunt a few days before the holiday.
Brielle loved carrying around her basket collecting eggs.
and was proud to show it off too:)
She had some help from these cute girls, and LOVED all the extra attention:)
Jaden was fast and furious, and had his eggs collected in no time.
He spent the remainder of the hunt pointing out hidden eggs to his buddies still hunting:)
Cody has nicknamed me "easter egg"...
for good reason:)
Glad Daddy could make it... even if it was just for a few minutes:)

What the Easter Bunny hopped on over to our house.
Jaden was up early enough to dive in before church.

The Merkleys joined us that evening for a backyard egg hunt and Easter dinner.
The kids whipped out their new bubble machine/kit while we finished stuffing eggs and prepping for dinner.
After a delicious ham dinner, the hunt was on!
With 101 eggs and 3 kiddos, the portions were quite large:)
So fun having friends to spend the holiday!
We got around to personalizing our dyed eggs the following morning:)
(this was Jaden's favorite one)
Love Easter time and the reminder of all our Savior has done for us.
Happy (belated) Easter!

Oh my, it's been so long since I've looked at blogs and you've been up to so much! Your trip to Nashville looked like a blast (can't wait til we can do a trip with you guys), and your shower seemed lovely. Miss all those girls! Can't wait to hear about your new little boy! It's been too long, we need to chat and catch up.
What a memorable Easter. Thanks for sharing with us. The children are darling and I love your new nickname:)
