My sweet niece, Ren, was blessed last summer. Her family (my brother, SIL and their kiddos) traveled all the way from South Carolina to Utah to have her surrounded by family for her blessing. We made the trip up as well to be part of the special occasion and see the rest of the Moon fam we miss so dearly. Her blessing was extra special because she was named after her grandmother, Renate, who recently passed away and was beloved by all. It was a really sweet experience and soooo great being with all the Moons again!
All 18 grandkids!

After family pictures, the kiddos swapped into their swimsuits and play time was on!
and we fired up the grill
We were able to round them up just long enough to grab a bite to eat.
McCoy and Kierscha just relaxing and catching up.
Finished up the fun with some classic root beer floats.
The Denneys and us stayed at Grandma's house so we got to just hang out through the evening.
These two got along so well.
This cutie loved lounging around in Grandpa's bed.
The following day was blessing day! We gather at the Heubner home following Sacrament meeting and had a great time visiting and letting the cousins play.
